1. Do the products have CE and ISO certification?

For the finished products, they are qualified with CE certificates;

For the components, the factories are qualified with ISO certificates;

2. Can Salus provide samples for checking?

Yes, we can provide one free sample;

3. Can Salus assist to provide the documents for registration?

Yes, we are quite familiar with the documents for registration of the certificates such as FSC, CE, ISO, Authorization and so on.

4. What is the lead time?

Usually it will take around 30-45 days.

5. Can Salus assist to do the inspection at site?

Yes, we will have the strict inspection before shipment, and can also provide site inspection if needed.
